What gets and keeps world class performers at the top of their game?  The Answer: Mental Toughness and Improvisational Thinking!  What does that mean?  It means the ability to control and direct your emotions to an exact outcome during performance situations.  This simple, age old question & answer philosophy has directed Jeff’s entire focus toward understanding and delivering world-class performance-based outcomes across multiple disciplines since 1994.

During the infancy of the Silicon Valley technology boom, Jeff was employee #1 of Zip2 (Founded by Elon Musk) and worked for several other early-stage start-ups being ultimately acquired by HP, IBM, and Cisco before he turned 30.  Never one to slow down, in Jan of 2009, Jeff Co-Founded Tegile Systems which was acquired in 2018 by Western Digital.

Jeff has been a quota carrying sales rep for 20+ years and has created and applied winning strategies for customers and colleagues alike in channels, marketing, business development, inside sales, speaking, training, and enterprise software sales capacities.

Jeff has provided keynotes, workshops, and peak performance and mental toughness training for companies like GE, VMware, Cisco, Intel, Salesforce.com, CA Technologies, ServiceNow,  Brocade, Meru Networks and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.  He currently sits on the advisory boards of 3 venture backed start-ups.

Jeff is a father of 7, and a husband to his wife Jessica for over 27 years. Together, Jeff and Jessica have a marriage and family Podcast and Store called "The Jeff Heilman Project" available on Apple Podcast, Spotify, and YouTube.
